Setup Fees There are NO setup fees for virtual hosting of your site. Domain Name Each hosting package uses your own domain name, registered by yourself, or registered by us for you. Linux Servers Our servers run Apache on Linux. We do not offer NT hosting at this time. FTP Files can be uploaded either by FTP or using cPanel. Annual Discount Where two prices are shown, the first is for quarterly payments and the lower one is for annual payments. It is the equivalent of receiving a two month discount. The Basic Hosting Package is available on an annual basis only.

EMail Alias		All our hosting packages have POP mail. A POP email account can have multiple aliases. With multiple aliases, you can have one email account set up to receive email to info, sales, etc. However, if you wish to have different people to receive email sent to each of those aliases, they should be set up as multiple accounts.
EMail Forwarding		Any of your email accounts can be forwarded to another email address - internal or external.
Vacation Message		A message sent automatically to people that send email to you while you are away. It could simply state you are away, or advise them who to contact until your return.
WebMail		Retrieve your email when you are away from the office. All you need is a browser with Internet access.
Storage Quota		The allotted storage space for each hosting plan is used for incoming email messages as well as your web pages, site logs and site statistics.
Traffic or Bandwidth		Our hosting packages provide generous bandwidth allowances. Traffic or bandwidth refers to the amount of data sent from your web site each month. Extra bandwidth is very reasonable at $5.00 per GB. You may of course move up to another hosting package if that is more economical.
SSL		Secure Socket Layer (requires dedicated IP address) needed to collect secure information, such as for on-line orders.
Anonymous FTP		Anonymous FTP (requires dedicated IP address) allows clients to upload files to a special folder on your website.
Dedicated IP Address		There is a fee of $2.50 per month for a dedicated IP address. This is required for SSL or anonymous FTP.
FTP		FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Any standard FTP client can be used to upload files to the server. cPanel can also be used to upload files.
SPAM		Spamming or the sending of unsolicited or bulk email is strictly prohibited. Spammers will be terminated with extreme prejudice. We do our best to block incoming spam.
Anti-Virus		All incoming email is scanned for viruses.
Content		No adult, hate, violent or racially-intolerant content is allowed on sites that we host. Internet-Canada will be the sole arbiter.
